NUBIA Lab IA M\u00d3NS 2025<\/strong> is the latest edition of Catalonia\u2019s leading incubation program, driven by ESPRONCEDA, Institute of Art and Culture, and focused on digital creation with AI and Extended Reality (XR).<\/p>

Over 12 intensive weeks<\/strong>, emerging and established projects will receive personalized mentoring, specialized workshops, and access to a global ecosystem of experts. Building on the experience of past editions and benchmark methodologies (STARTS, NESTA, MIT Media Lab), NUBIA Lab IA M\u00d3NS 2025 reinforces its commitment to technological innovation, international exposure, and social impact.<\/p>

In this edition, we are strengthening personalized mentoring with a 360-degree approach<\/strong>: each project will have an interdisciplinary team of mentors instead of a single tutor, as was the case in previous editions. We analyze each initiative thoroughly to design a support plan tailored to its challenges and opportunities, assigning experts based on the required technology and creative field, and ensuring continuous guidance. Thus, beyond general training, each team receives concrete solutions that accelerate the maturation of their prototype and elevate its artistic and technical quality. This multiple mentorship model represents a qualitative leap over previous editions, consolidating the effectiveness of NUBIA LAB IA M\u00d3NS 2025 as an incubator for high-potential projects.<\/p>

The mentors program combines specialized group sessions with ongoing individual mentorships adapted to the needs of each participant.<\/strong> Key mentorship areas include project management and development roadmaps, strategies for scaling from MVP to international platforms, immersive narratives and co-creation methodologies, VR creation, XR storytelling and user experience, scenographic tools for immersive exhibitions, professional networking, and international exhibition opportunities.
The program also addresses emerging technologies and their applications within the cultural and creative sectors<\/strong>, including blockchain and intellectual property, UX\/UI design for XR environments, AI and social impact, XR business models, and marketing and pitching strategies for international markets and festivals.<\/p>

Why the focus on AI and XR in Nubla Labs Incubaci\u00f3 2025?<\/strong><\/p>

Artificial intelligence (AI) and extended reality (XR) are profoundly transforming the creative and cultural landscape in Europe. AI is driving new forms of artistic expression, generative design, and immersive narratives, expanding the possibilities for creation and facilitating more accessible cultural participation. For its part, XR merges the physical and digital worlds, opening up new avenues for education, heritage preservation, and immersive art. Both sectors will play a key role in the coming years, defining how we create, learn, and share culture in an increasingly digital and interconnected Europe.
