Nubia Dynamic Community

NUBIA Dynamic Community is a new ESPRONCEDA initiative that starts with two activating days of a new community of creative and participatory audiences. Using new technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence and haptic devices, participants are co-creators of digital experiences/objects through their dynamic/performative participation in a series of experiences proposed in two days, on November 22 and 23.

In addition, these days include training in immersive and interactive storytelling and key technologies such as haptic devices. Participants in these sessions become members of a community that encourages co-creativity and attendance at interactive events/exhibitions. The community is activated through a web-based online community and an online metaverse that provides information and allows contact between the public and creators.

November 22nd: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm.
11:00 – 11:30 h. Reception of participants. Explanation of the activities of the two days NUBIA Dynamic Community.
11:30 – 12:30 h. Creative Artificial Intelligence. Case study: Common-AI-verse. CSIC-IIIA. Dr. Jordi Sabater/ Dr. Lissette Lemus.
12:30 – 13:00 h. Introduction to the online community NUBIA.
13:00 – 14:00 h. Snacks and drinks.
14:00 – 16:00 h. Active participation in the performative installation LOVE VIBES.

November 23rd. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
11:00 – 11:30 h. Reception of participants. Summary of the previous day.
11:30 – 12:30 h. Creation of “storytelling” by immersive and interactive installations.
12:30 – 13:30 h. Community co-creation workshop.
13:30 – 15:00 h. Lunch time and transfer to the CCCB.
15:00 – 16:00 h. Guided participation in the COMMON-AI-HACIA installation.
