Posidònia
Posidònia is a multidisciplinary environmental art project that celebrates and protects seagrass meadows through immersive experiences. Presented as an underwater light installation, a multisensory immersive environment, and a VR journey, the work blends light, sound, and imagery to reveal the “invisible forest” beneath the waves. By engaging audiences in the beauty and fragility of marine ecosystems, the project raises awareness of biodiversity and climate change, donating 10% of its profits to seagrass protection. Exhibited internationally, including at ISE Barcelona 2025, Posidònia transforms art into a call for ecological reflection and action.

The Dream Archive
The Average of AI is an interactive installation designed to spark reflection on our relationship with artificial intelligence. The work makes visible the quiet ways AI influences how we think, create, and see ourselves, leaving each visitor to wonder what those changes might mean for their own sense of self.
Residency Project at Nubia Lab 2025: Olya Melnykova (special guest as La Salle project from Master and Bachelor in Digital Arts)
The Average of AI
Eight Million Gods
In Japan, it is said there are eight million gods. These ‘Kami Sama’ inhabit trees, mountains, and even the clothes we wear. This 360°VR documentary journeys into Shinto – Japan’s indigenous folk religion – to give us a first-hand experience of the sacred places, shrines, and people who nurture these living spirits as they adapt to co-exist with the modern world. This preview will use headset-based AR with a simple physical set, to create novel interactive portals into the 360VR scenes and stories – allowing visitors to lean in, trigger, and flow between located layers of reality, and to experience the natural power of Shinto.
Residency Project at Nubia Lab 2025: Niall Hill
Immersive Identities
Immersive Identities is an interactive gaming experience inspired by the artistic universe of Sofia Crespo, whose practice explores the intersection of nature and technology. The work invites players to engage with Crespo’s creative process, experimenting with the metamorphosis that occurs when biological and artificial forms converge. Set in an oneiric underwater world evoking the nereids of Greek mythology, participants photograph hybrid creatures that later merge into a generative artwork. The experience reflects on how digital tools transform our perception of life, creation, and identity in the age of the machine.

Circle of Sound
Circle of Sound is a musical collaboration between humans and the natural world. Through music composed in flow state, field-recorded soundscapes, and dynamic visual responses in light and water, it creates an inclusive, multisensory space for ecological connection. Developed through Arts Council England and VOICE EU, the work explores neuroinclusive design and imagines how listening together can help change the future for the better.
Residency Project at Nubia Lab 2025: Kat Pegler
Axis
Axis is a multi-chapter audiovisual work that guides audiences through states of order and chaos, stasis and movement, beginnings and endings. Using abstract visual language, it evokes emotional resonance while suggesting that collapse is not an end, but a pathway to transformation and renewal. Developed in TouchDesigner, the piece generates real-time visuals within a modular structure, creating a contemplative space for reflection. Future iterations will integrate sensors and expand into XR, allowing viewers’ gestures and presence to directly shape the immersive environment.
Residency Project at Nubia Lab 2025: Jessie Yu
Music for Idle Culture
Music for Idle Culture is an immersive audiovisual performance that explores the evolving relationship between humans, artificial intelligence, and cultural memory. Through visual-controlled sound art and livecoding, the piece transforms code into a poetic medium, where every line becomes both instruction and expression. The work reflects on how cultural knowledge might be preserved, transformed, or lost in the digital age, questioning the boundaries between the physical and the virtual. Premiered at Berlin New Media Week 2025, it stands as a meditation on identity, technology, and the human condition in an era of accelerating change.
Residency Project at Nubia Lab 2025: Daniel Sabio
